Foxy Brown, the raunchy rapper, involved in an ongoing dispute with a neighbor was arrested after violating an order of protection, then exposing her goodies to her neighbor.
According to police Foxy screamed “B—-, what are you looking at? What the f— are you looking at?” before lifting her skirt, the sources said, citing Raymond’s complaint.
